MUSEUM
The Archeological Museum of Messinia is home to valuable finds of local and Greek antiquity dating back to 4,000 BC. The array of treasures and carefully considered use of the space makes it unique in Europe.
Hi Deer were approached by the museum to design a logo and annual calendar and we had the honour of working alongside the museum‘s own restoration expert, Xeni Arapogianni, and teacher, Lina Plinthidou, to produce representations of a beautiful artefact from Mycenaean times in Messenia which we eventually crafted into the logo.
Our work continued with the museum and we produced promotional material for exhibitions and events and calendars with amazing pictures of archeological exhibits from an area that seems to be filled with an infinite number of temples and settlements to discover!

ΤΟ ΑΡΧΑΙΟΛΟΓΙΚΟ ΜΟΥΣΕΙΟ ΜΕΣΣΗΝΙΑΣ
φιλοξενεί πολύτιμα ευρήματα της τοπικής και ελληνικής αρχαιότητας που χρονολογούνται από το 4.000 π.Χ. Η μοναδική διάταξη του χώρου το καθιστά ιδιαίτερο στην Ευρώπη. Η Hi Deer είχε την τιμή να σχεδιάσει το λογότυπο του μουσείου. Με σταθερή επιδίωξη τη διαφύλαξη της σαφούς διακριτότητας, επιλέξαμε ένα σπάνιο εύρημα της αρχαιολογικής σκαπάνης, ένα ανάγλυφο που απαντάται μόνο στην αρχαία Μεσσηνία, και το αναδείξαμε σε σύγχρονο ορόσημο.
